I recently bought a home in York, PA and used true advantage Realty. My realtor was Albert. I just wanna say that this organization totally screwed me on my home buying experience. When I had the inspector go through, he noticed water in the electrical panel. So I told Albert that I wanted to bring in my own electrician to see what the problem was. They denied me! Instead, they sent in their own contractor who said he fixed the problem. Not only was I Coerced and pushed towards signing this agreement on the house, but there were several things wrong with the house that they hid from me.
