Of all days to have maintenance issues, mine happened on Thanksgiving. Not for a second did I think this would get done today, but soon as I let Wanda know, she was on it! Let me know she understood the stress of that happening, especially around this time of the year. I’m now typing this after the maintenance team came out, and fixed the problems I was having. A weight has been lifted off of me. They made me feel seen and heard as a tenant. They have always made every process very seamless. Biggest gratitude to Wanda, for listening to me while I was so overwhelmed. Can’t say thank you enough!! THANK YOU!

Won't do anything to fix maintenance issues correctly. Lied to me several times. Than just stopped communicating completely. Had my vehicle towed out of the garage before the end of my lease after I had moved out. In fact rushed to do so, was informed by the tow service that they blew them up and was rushing them to come get it! Knowing I would be back to get my car before the lease was up. Would live on the streets before I rented from them

I've been so impressed with how quickly maintenance issues are handled. The apartments are affordable and well-kept, and the service has always been friendly and professional. Highly recommend!
