Rented a house in Odessa through Trower and communication was the worst. Anytime something was broken it was hard to get feed back when said thing broken will be fixed. Make sure you take good pictures and videos when you move in and leave because they will charge the fixes at the highest cost when it could be some way cheaper. Overall great home to stay in and awful third party to work with.

They never post anything on Zillow other than a single picture from Google maps, how are we supposed to know if we want to check out the place without knowing hardly a thing about it?? I don't want to waste valuable time to schedule and check out a property (by myself! Nobody shows you around) just to even see the interior of the place. It just feels extremely lazy and not caring about the client at all.
