Unfortunately I was deceived on this complex by the over talking by the leasing manager and was blinded by the home model. Most unprofessional place I've ever dealt with. No one seems to want to respond to my emails and if they do I get a different answer or the run around as to what is happening I've asked several times for corporates email number literally anything to in contact with someone I was suppose to move into a townhome and didn't even stay in the home. It was not finished when I was suppose to get the keys and when it was "finished" the maintenance gave me the keys and water was left on the floor a leak under the kitchen sink dirty window screens in the bedroom outlet covers that never got replaced extreme water damage to the bathroom vanity and was told that they were just goi

DO NOT MOVE HERE (REPLY TO OWNER) Your response does not reflect what actually happened. The roads were cleared, and you absolutely could have had someone come out to shovel the sidewalks. That is a safety issue and should have been treated as an emergency. Someone could have been seriously hurt. Resident walkways should have been prioritized, not left untouched for weeks. Additionally, the office area was cleared before the resident sidewalks were addressed. That sends a clear message about priorities. It took nearly three weeks for sidewalks to be properly shoveled, despite having shovels available. The depth of the snow does not explain that delay when other areas were cleared first. We also did not receive mail for weeks because the sidewalks were not shoveled. The roads were clear,

Don't be fooled by the lower rent for the area, this place is literal trash. They say that their apartments are fully renovated, but it is the shitties renovation job I've personally ever seen. The office is closed on Sundays, and if you have any emergency regarding your apartment, you can't reach them to do anything about it. My partner lives here, and I stay here occasionally for school. His apartment door isn't sealed properly, his air conditioning and heat was shut off for the first THREE MONTHS of living here in the dead of summer, the sink in his bathroom is leaking, the water was shut off for TWO FULL DAYS due to a pipe burst. Nothing here has been resolved in a timely manner, if they even resolve it at all. We are still currently waiting on the door and the sink to be fixed. Wors

2 1/2 months after sending in work order bathroom still not fixed. 2 weeks after maintenance confirmed the problem, bathroom still not fixed!!!! DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING this place tells you. They don't care about their residents. Yes, office staff was friendly when we moved in. Honey, sadly, is gone. The newly renovated townhouse and apartments come with flooded basements, peeling paint, soft floors in upstairs bathroom. We wanted a townhouse with a basement for extra room. WE WERE NOT TOLD the basements flood!!!! We have requested a copy of our lease multiple times to be told they don't do that. No one is able to read a lease before signing. If you need a roof over your head this is the place. Just take heed of the above issues. This is just a fraction of the issues.

I just have to say Honey was such a breath of fresh air during my apartment tour. She is one of those people who instantly makes you feel at ease, super friendly, warm, and so full of optimism that it is contagious. From the second we met it felt more like walking around with a friend than a tour guide. She took her time, answered every little question I had, and kept such a positive vibe the whole way through. You can tell she really loves what she does and that kind of energy makes a big difference. Honestly I left feeling not just good about the apartment but good about my day.
