Trotters Pointe Apartments

The rent has been increasing every year, which is frustrating given the current conditions. While the place is decent overall, there are ongoing issues that aren’t being addressed. Management does not seem to enforce rules, especially when it comes to pet owners not cleaning up after their dogs in the yard. There’s also a lack of parking enforcement people without passes frequently take designated spots from residents who actually have them. Additionally, the units themselves are outdated. The cabinets are chipped, and the floors are worn and in need of replacement. It’s hard to understand these constant rent increases when basic maintenance and updates are being overlooked. I moved in here in February. There were dog pee/poop stains all in the carpet in the living room and also in the bedroom. I could still smell the dog urine after my initial walkthrough. I called the office to complain about the smell and they said the carpet was cleaned so they are not sure what i am smelling. I called Stanley steamer to clean the carpet myself and paid $200. It didn’t get the smell/stains completely out the carpets but it definitely helped. I was given $200 off my rent for the month of March. It still smells and there are still stains as well… i just dnt get why they wouldn’t replace the carpet in the apartment, it doesn’t make any sense. These are super nice and spacious!!! The Maintenance staff is exceptional!!! The office staff are great!!! I loved living there until I bought my house in Greenwood!!! I highly recommend these apartments and Management!!! They are the best!!! I never had any problems with neighbors or robberies it's a very safe place to call home and conveniently located close to everything but far enough away to make it peaceful. Sincerely, Lisa Ford

I love my apartment🤩🙏🏽been here 5 yrs. All the girls in the office are always to my son and I. They always take care of any repairs promptly also shout out to The maintenance guy's John & Steve. Dacia the property Manager takes really good care of the property Pool area, Trash, Landscaping etc. Dacia and Lexi you guy's rock. Keep up the good work💯
