Michelle Mata is a great agent, highly recommend. We got in touch with her because we were interested in buying a property to return to our hometown during the Covid situation. She was capable to adjust the 2hrs time difference from El Paso, to the Eastern time zone for our vitual meetings. When we got the chance to meet in person it was very easy to catch up and continue the house hunting 😊. Michelle was so helpful connecting us with an inspector before we signed with Tropicana, and resolving issues before we receive the keys of the property. She was really aware of the needs of our family and worked stray forward to helped us in the agreements with Tropicana.

The floor plans are great but I have a friend who told me they delayed his build to finalize the plans and still built the wrong floor plan. Makes you think twice
