Pictures at the Regency in Fort Myers one of the properties they “manage” pictures span over weeks as you can see the progression of build up. Ongoing problem not the first time. Use to speak with Jackie this time I was directed to Betsey. 24 hours later no call back. Still living with hurricane damage and no fire alarms outside. For $360 a month they literally do nothing. I know people who live in Babcock ranch who pay less and have every amenity known. This company is a joke.

Pay almost $800 a quarter to Tropical Isles and they can't even afford to get trash picked up. Oh the dumpsters get emptied but the trash remains. Right now don't care who is to blame but Tropical Isles is the only one who can get this cleaned up. Can't begin to think about what is behind that dumpster.....gross

DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! They follow through with none of their duties and what you pay for. We are 8 months overdue for elevator inspections, the sprinklers have not been inspected in over two years and this company just ignores these items that we as an association pay for. Trying to reach out to the owner, Don Redding is useless because he knows how horrible the company is to the point he won’t return calls. I BEG YOU…………..DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I FOUNND THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS IN MISTAKES THEY MADE on our account.

HOA Board terminated Tropical Isles in 2025 after many years. Inexperienced, regularly quit/replaced TI staff (Board required to train), progressively worse management with regular demands for increases in fees. The worst mistake the HOA Board made was accepting the glowing, effusive recommendation from Mark Rudland for his recommended attorney to handle post-IAN insurance claim. Recommended attorney was unresponsive and soon went bankrupt.

They failed to pay our insurance bill until we were so delinquent that the insurance company canceled our policy. You know how hard it is to get insurance in FL? Well it cost us a bundle to get it. In addition, they were always late with financials and provided poor service. We have since switched to a better firm.
