Tropia Luxury Apartments

I had such a great experience touring this apartment complex. Everything was clean, modern, and well laid out, and I could easily picture myself living here. Jenna was amazing to tour with. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. She answered all of my questions and really made the tour stand out. I am currently finishing out my lease at my current apartment, but I definitely plan to apply here once my lease expires. Highly recommend touring if you are looking for your next place.

I don’t even know where to begin. The only reason this place has good reviews is because they offer their tenants gift cards to leave 5 star reviews, and there is a clause in your lease that says you cannot leave a bad review until after you move out. I lived here for 13 months. Within the first 3 months, all of the floor tiles peeled up. Our infant was tripping on the tiles and getting coated in the concrete dust underneath. We put in a work order, a contractor came in and started immediately pulling up floorboards, moving (and damaging) our furniture, and leaving a thick layer of construction dust without warning us or even planning a day to begin floor repairs. I liked this complex from the moment I stepped in. My leasing agent end up being Jenna who was professional, nice direct, patient and honest with the entire process of my application, move-in date and afterwards. I love how they are a dog-friendly community for a luxury apartment and the area is quiet overall, tucked away from the main roads and traffic. Beautiful peaceful views, incredible amenities in a separate building. I haven't got maintenanced from my walk-through weekend/paper I submitted but they are usually communicative whenever I call. I look forward to the rest of my stay here.

Beautiful property, clean community, pretty finishes. Management is active and friendly. The property is newer so there are quirks that need to be stated and fixed like our floors needing to be redone or just cosmetic construction issues. Besides that, it’s located in a beautiful park and felt very safe
