Now my honest opinion I rent from them and I haven’t had a problem with them not coming to fix things.My heat went out and they have fixed things very promptly.So far I think it a good company for now.

No electricity in two rooms since we moved in, put in work orders and they would say they were completed but they never came out to even look let alone fix anything, the refrigerator is going but they won't replace it, they put a lock on our water meter for no apparent reason, there are roaches and spiders in our apartment.....I could go on for days....horrible!! The property manager Margret is horrible and rude and doesn't do her job!

No electricity in my second room, roaches and spiders , refrigeration always broken, rude staff and property management, horrible .

Interaction with other tenants of other apartments happen at the entrance of the office.

I LOVE THE FRAPPE!!!!
