They never pick up the phone, and if you go in right after calling, they’re usually not doing anything that would prevent them from answering. It seems like maintenance requests aren’t taken very seriously. Rent has increased, yet the level of professionalism and sense of urgency hasn’t improved at all. Unfortunately, this appears to be more of a management issue rather than the fault of the maintenance staff themselves.

Everything done here is a BANDAGE! Business name has changed but the ISSUES are still the same. I want to know where does the profit go when its made? Kitchen cabinets are horrible w/ fresh paint, tub old and VERY squeaky just fresh paint added, toilets are the smallest they can purchase so they wouldn't spend, stairs makes soooooooo much noise, Huge hole in bathroom door that they patched (didn't even know you can patch a hole that size!) Not a fisk or a foot hole a massive hole. You can't walk upstairs at all its just noisy the whole house can hear when you move. No storage space NONE!!! No linen closets no space for anything. The storage outside is small and its outside can't even say small its compact. If you think the model home is what you're getting think again this place is SMALL.

★☆☆☆☆ DO NOT MOVE HERE — My experience at Trivela was awful I normally don’t leave reviews, but my experience at Trivela was so bad that I feel like people deserve a warning. In my time living there, maintenance issues were ignored for months. I reported a roof leak that kept getting worse, and it took over two months before anything was actually addressed. By then, the moisture had spread and what looked like black mold started showing up throughout the apartment. During that time, my autistic daughter, my girlfriend, and I all ended up feeling sick, and I strongly believe the conditions in the unit played a role. Do not move here. Definition of handy man special. Always want to come in for inspections but never to fix a light I have had out at top of the stairs since 2023 that I put in multiple maintenance orders for. I have had police at my door multiple times asking for my ring camera footage and a family so for it once because someone was kidnapped outside my house.

Just saw the guy cutting the grass out back and told him to go different angle because the grass would stay long in the dip by apt 98 in the back...ED was the one that did go ahead and cut it how i knew would be better and he even gave me the thumbs up...said he'll be back to weed eat the edges...Thanks ED, Cesar P.s Show the crew the trick...
