Eleni initially hired me to do various jobs on a property, all of which were done to her satisfaction. Later she hired me to do work on another property, which was done with the materials supplied by herself, once the project was finished she began to complain about the appearance and quality of the same materials that she bought. In a professional way I showed her that the low quality that she bought, this apparently made her angry and after this she tried to give me excuse after excuse for not honoring the final payment, which she made under threat of taking her to court and that I would impose a lien on your property.
