This, along with no customer service, unanswered emails and no contact information for Triton once you sign a lease, this is what they define as luxury in Our leases are not compliant with City & State laws (VRLTA) and the management dismisses every notification to the point I am filing a legal pleading. Just a note; I am a resident in good standing, I pay my rent early, and am friendly with everyone). Do not rent from Triton Properties.

Horrible at updating tenants. DOES NOT GIVE any warning or heads up when shutting off power/water for maintenance, barely any communication between property managers and residents. They bought our building and began to kick out residents as soon as our leases ended (even to go as far as pressuring us to move out BEFORE our leases ended), people that have lived here for YEARS having no options but to leave. They kicked the price up 600 dollars for apartments on the same property once people started BEING FORCED to move out (and not able to rent out any of the other apartments that were available), so they could do more renovations (mind you with no notice that they even wanted us to move out until we called to ask if we could renew). These people suck and are nothing but incompetent and money hungry. Whatever you do never rent from them. They don't communicate take forever to do anything and enter ur apartment without any prior notice. They had me living in place with black mold for a over a year they didn't tell me the new place had no washer said they were gonna add one then later said it wasn't in the lease so they won't give us one. Even tho all the flyers the school gave students for there housing mentions access to either in unit or on site laundry. They are terrible the worst ever

This company is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a property management group. I have lived in several states. They don’t answer phone calls or emails. They charge fees for everything they can think of. There is no office to go into when you’d like assistance. Please do yourself a favor and rent elsewhere.

I was very excited to move into my first apartment, but unfortunately my experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. After being approved, I specifically asked to view my unit before signing the lease. I was initially given a lockbox code for a Friday showing, but when I arrived, there was no lockbox on my door. I was then told I could return Monday with a leasing agent. When I came back Monday, there was still no leasing agent present and no access to the unit, resulting in another wasted trip. The following day, I was notified just four minutes before my scheduled appointment that the leasing office did not have the keys to my unit due to maintenance issues. While I understand that things happen, the extremely late notice and lack of communication has been unacceptable
