Shannon Pokorski with Triton is incredibly thoughtful, proactive, and knowledgeable. She explained a complicated issue with compassion, then laid out a high-quality process, including instructions and live links. We have had to deal with multiple property managers in the past, and Shannon, with Triton, made a normally tedious and complicated process easy.

I live at Hutchinson House Condo Assn, this is a review of Jessica Walsh and her team. Over the 10 years of my ownership we have seen many property managers, some from Triton and some from another management company. Without question Jessica Walsh is the most attentive, communicative and and effective property manager we have had. Jessica and her team are in constant communication with the owners via blast emails which are informative and delivered timely. As a long time homeowner at Sandpiper Cove in Botanica, I've been extremely pleased with the positive changes and improvements I've noticed since Triton took over in December last year. The customer service has been excellent, and their communication is a significant improvement. I also want to commend the main office staff, including Shannon and Abbe, for being so efficient, knowledgeable, and pleasant throughout the transition. Worst management company I ever experienced. Lock of communication with residents, unprofessional management . They hire people who are lousy, doing side work during working hours with the knowledge of management. During the time when they were managing community where I lived everything was falling apart, sprinkle system, rats infestation, grass and bushes a mess. They don’t care about anything but collecting the money. Stay away from this Company!
