Tripoli Landing

If I could give a zero I would. This property has zero professional help. Go a guest? Cool, they charge $5 a day. We’re NOT IN THE CITY btw. Have a SIMPLE maintenance issue? Will take 3-5 Business days to be completed. (Wish I was joking) Grass in the summer time, doesn’t get as cut as often as it should. Just overall a low quality of care/life amenities here for the price. Their excuse is always the same, “we have multiple properties in DC & Blah blah has to come down here” not OUR PROBLEM! This latest winter storm, which everyone has ample notice. They have done nothing. This is the 3rd day and 90% of the community is stuck (unless you have a truck or 4wd) It took me 30 minutes with a golf club to clear a 4x4 path for my building. They could give out shovels or something. Stay awa

Tripoli Landing is a great place! The customer service is excellent — the staff was very helpful and made the whole touring process smooth and easy. They took the time to answer all my questions and were very welcoming. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend checking it out if you’re looking for a new apartment!
