Our journey began at the Emerald model home, and as soon as we walked in, we were greeted by Bruce. He talked to us at length and explained the whole process and how Triple Crown conducts business and what to expect from them. From that moment on, we knew Triple Crown could be our potential home builder. Bruce suggested that we should look at some of their brochures and houses they were building for other customers. We are VERY pleased with our new home. The process from start to finish went very smoothly and our home was completed in a timely manner. We were very “hands on” with our dream home and every step of the build we were informed and communicated with perfectly. Any “glitches” were very few and immediately addressed and taken care of.
