Trion Real Estate was a life saver!! Particularly, Elena Tomanelli. I had been trying to find a decent place for the longest to no avail. By the time I got to Elena and Trion, I was discouraged and doubtful, but desperate to luck up on something. And that I did! Elena showed me the cutest, clean, and cozy apartment in the heart of Harlem. And it was so reasonably priced! That was great in itself, but Elena really stole the show for me. She was so honest and encouraging. I was nervous looking, but once I spoke to her, she instantly made me feel at ease and confident and hopeful. Trion is a slumlord. Apart from the frequent hot water/all water shut offs, most recently they changed the buzzer code on the front door with no notice at about 5pm on a weekday, leaving many residents locked out of the building - and the employees at the management office didn’t know the change had even happened! One day later and still no one has been given the new code to the door. Insane.
