TRIO at JubiLee Park

We are absolutely thrilled with our decision to move here! From the moment we arrived, every day has felt like a luxurious getaway at a five-star resort. The meticulously manicured landscaping, serene atmosphere, and overall charm of the community create a perpetual vacation ambiance right at home. The level of customer service provided by the Leasing Office—from Property Manager Lucy, Assistant Manager Roxanne, Leasing Agents Tahlia and Edwin, to Chief Housekeeper Christa and the Maintenance Team—has been nothing short of exceptional. Everyone has been warm, professional, and incredibly helpful, making our move-in experience seamless and enjoyable. Just recently, we had the pleasure of attending the community's inaugural resident social mixer by the pool, and it was a delightful affair.

I just toured with Christopher and it was an amazing experience. He took his time with us, showed multiple units, and walked us through all of the amenities without rushing anything. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and professional the entire time. What really stood out was that he even took the opportunity to show my brother a few units as well, since he was touring with us and might be interested. That level of attention and care really made a difference. 10/10 recommend touring with Christopher. Because of him, I’m definitely considering applying here.

I live in a really nice apartment complex and honestly I love it here. The place is clean, quiet, and the environment is very peaceful. The community is friendly and it feels like a comfortable place to call home. I truly think this is a great opportunity for anyone who is looking for a good place to live. If you’re thinking about moving, this could be a really good chance to live in a great community.

I just wanna say that moving in here back on June 30, 2025 has been such a blessing. I am so at peace living here because my prior community Aventon Isabel on Hoffner was a nightmare. Not only do they clean here every day at Trio and keep everything smelling fresh as well as the treatment that all staff members give from the cleaning lady to the maintenance team to the leasing office it’s amazing to live here. It’s another class of people that live here. The amenities are amazing. The apartments are amazing. They even have a car wash and a movie theater in here for their residence. I am beyond happy that I found this place and I will never leave because I know they will always be on top of things and treat you with respect and keep the apartment complex and amenities clean for their reside

We had such an AMAZINGG experience with Trio from start to finish! literally. We actually stopped by on Saturday right at closing by accident, but that ended up being the real reason we came back. Edwin literally ran out to greet us, brought us brochures, and personally invited us to come back for a tour. That small act meant so much and immediately showed us how much the team cares. When we returned, Christopher and Barbara were incredibly welcoming and truly treated us like family from the moment we arrived. Christopher had no problem showing us all of the floor plans we wanted to see and walked us through every amenity the community offers. We spent at least 2–3 hours with him, and he was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely happy to help the entire time. We toured at least 10 differ
