I had a good review up but I am taking it down. I purchased a new build from them and things were okay, issues here and there but whatever. I’ve called and some were addressed and some were not, frustrating but again, whatever. Now there is a crack in a window that is high up and completely inaccessible so it’s obviously a warranty matter. I’ve called three times and I was told someone would get back to me in 24-48hrs each time with no response. I’ve put in a better business bureau complaint and they STILL haven’t responded. We are in hurricane season and I fear a bad storm is going shatter the window. If that happens I’d have to wait for a professional to come and block off the window all the while my interior home is exposed to the elements. Their priority isn’t customer service. I fina
