Malinda did a phenomenal job selling our house for us. She was in constant communication with me and also sold our house for list price. In addition, she was very detailed and thorough on every step of the process through closing. I highly recommend Malinda if buying and/or selling your home!

We had a terrible experience with this realtor company. She threatened to sue myself and the company that help me close on a house that we found on our own. The home contract that we backed out on six months before because of condition had not ended yet. Even though she did not help me find the house or a house and we had no contact for months. They're much better companies out there to represent you on a sale or purchase of a home.

Jayme was our realtor selling our house very very very unprofessional. She her self never once showed our house. Wasn’t transparent with stuff we asked. And stuff she did answer regarding the sale of our property was false info and ended up costing us money. Then I came to find out a friend of my sisters came to look at the house they had questions related to the property there realtor tried to get answers from Jayme and she never responded to them or asked us for the answers!!!! Caused them to walk at buying. Could have sold this house two months ago. And all she says “sry you don’t feel happy with my services!” She definitely doesn’t deserve this whole commission. I can’t speak for the whole office but she sucks. And won’t even give her bosses name or number.
