Trilogy Escrow

I have used Trilogy escrow on multiple home sales and have always been happy with the service myself and my clients receive. Lisa is an absolute pleasure to work with. She always keeps me informed on what is going on and is available to answer my questions when needed. She is experienced in running escrow and knows how to handle the different types of sales. My clients are always able to get ahold of her when they need assistance as well. Thank you for handling the most important part of a home sale!

I went to court with Trilogy Escrow and was able to recover the deposit i claimed. However, trilogy escrow didn’t follow escrow instructions, where the language for releasing deposit is clear. The owner of trilogy escrow had 1 previous citation/warning from department of business oversight. The escrow officer Michele isn’t dishonest, but she would not honor the escrow instructions. Be aware.
