I’ve loved living here. Management has been great and always available, emailing if the office hours are changing (which is very rare). Any maintenance requests have been responded to extremely promptly. Austin, one of the leasing agents, organizes great community events every month. He walked me through my move-in process and made things very simple. Just good, genuine people working in the management office. The amenities like the pool, package lockers, and coffee machine are great. Neighbors are respectful and quiet. Any serious issues I’ve had have been dealt with promptly and with the utmost respect and care. Valet trash is always on-time and so convenient if your unit is little far from the trash chute. I moved out of Trilogy last December due to a job relocation. I liked living in Trilogy for various reasons like how my unit was well maintained, hallways are constantly being vacuumed and cleaned, gym is spacious and taken cared of, location is by the highway and to grocery stores, and staff are friendly and professional. I was locked out of my apartment multiple times because i left the key inside. Austin and the emergency security were always responsive and helped me get into the building even during late hours when i am on call for work. Giana and Lexi are very helpful and accommodating when it comes to questions or if something went wrong. Management takes feedback seriously and proactively. I would definitely recommend living here!

We just moved out. We absolutely had a wonderful time living at Trilogy. It is not only at the perfect location to work and school, shopping stores, trails, but it offers a great and comfortable place to live at. The amenities are top-tier and community activities are enjoyable. But on top of these great features are the office staff members. Everyone is friendly and professional. You can always trust them. Giana is very helpful and responsible for residents. Austin responds quickly and is clear about procedures. Victor and the team members are good at maintenance. Their communications are instant and informative. You will always see their smiling too. I can't say enough good words about them...Highly recommended place to stay!!! I've referred a couple of friends already.

I love Trilogy! I have been living here for over a year and I have nothing but great things to say. The maintenance team is so on top of everything and the leasing staff is super helpful. The amenities are great and the common areas are always very clean. It's also in a great location (a quick walk to the bus stop, several stores, and restaurants)!

Living here has been awesome so far. Garrett and Austin (the leasing staff) went above and beyond to help me get a great unit. The maintenance staff is knowledgeable and responds to issues in a timely manner- often the same day as putting in a request. Complex is quiet and well maintained. Apartment units are built well. So beautiful with lovely features that are made with quality. Staff responds to issues quickly; it is very easy to get in touch with someone in the office. Neighbors are quiet and respect one another. Amenities are great. Zero issues with bugs or mold which is normally such an issue in many apartment complexes. Located in a convenient area of town. Happy environment overall. Highly recommend.
