If you are in the market for a new construction home, I would definately look at Trieste by Ashton Woods in the Bella Vita master-planned community. The Bella Vita master-planned community is close to the US-501 but far enough away not to hear much road traffic. You are 5-15 minutes from the beaches & shopping. This developement is starting its final phases and most of the remaining lots have WOODED FOREST AREAS behind each lot vs. so many new homes with only a retention pond, lacking privacy. Community needs to install fountains in their ponds. The area is infested with mosquitoes because of the still water. They are so focused on getting people into the houses as soon as possible … they aren’t paying attention to this. Still water is a breeding ground for mosquitoes. Standing water provides an ideal environment for female mosquitoes to lay their eggs. The eggs hatch and develop into larvae, which feed on algae and other microorganisms in the water. If you want you and your children to get bit my mosquitoes everyday, you should move to this community!!!
