Trident Property Group

I first moved out at 18 (now nearly 30) and no experience thus far has come close to trident as far as comfort is concerned. Communication is very important to me, and trident makes that really easy. Jose not only keeps me up to date with everything, but always follows up and keeps the conversation alive. It really makes me feel like they care about the people who rent under them. There’s no shadiness...I’ve never felt sketched out by anything. I didn’t think that was possible after living in many different places in the surrounding area, but I am very grateful for where I’m at and Trident, Jose and the entire team is to blame for me being this happy regarding where I live. I don’t really leave reviews for things often, but this felt important to me.

So far the most responsive property management we had since I started renting with this landlord. Repairs are usually made in timely manner when possible. And I think we had changed management like 3 times. Hope you continue with the good work. 4 stars just because I wish the exterior was kept a little better, but it may not be up the them.

I have dealt with many different property managers in the past but Trident property group has been the best overall. Over the past 2 years Jose has always been quick to respond to any and all of my needs with my property. I highly recommend renting with Trident

I’m entering my 5th year renting with Jordan and José, and I’m cozy here. I’ve had quite a few different rental experiences, what sets Trident apart is how approachable and personable they are. My property manager and my landlord both know me, and we talk like normal people. Whenever something needs to be done, or if I have a request, the conversation is easy and non-confrontational. These guys aren’t here just to take your money and wave you off, and that’s big for me. Besides that, all the properties I’ve seen are very nice, they’ve got a bit of character, and the area literally couldn’t be better. Very safe, cute, and close to everything. Any time anyone talks or asks about moving to Orlando, I tell them about where I’m at and suggest they check Trident out.

Very poor communication, both with existing and future tenants. They took over 30 days to return my boyfriend’s security deposit, which is against the law. Florida statute 83.49 (3)(a) states that “...if the landlord does not intend to impose a claim on the security deposit, the landlord shall have 15 days to return the security deposit together with interest if otherwise required, or the landlord shall have 30 days to give the tenant written notice...” and they did neither. The assistant housing manager does not text/call/email back in a timely manner if he does at all. There is practically never anyone at their office so you cannot even talk in person if they won’t return your calls.
