Worst company ever. They do not keep their grounds clean, windows clean and force you to repair their shoddy out of date problem issues. I have had to let my employees go home on several occasions due to the ill keeping of their property. And worst of all, they lie. Do yourself a favor and find a better company. Suzy is just out to lease by spreading false lies. I have asked for a copy of my lease three times to no avail. Will now have a lawyer to intervene. I’ve been renting from since 2019 - biggest mistake of my life.

The most unprofessional brokers I've ever worked with. They listed a piece of land for sale, and I put in an offer at their asking price. Stacey CaChat took over 15 business days to "review" the offer and then said that the CEO actually might not sell it after all...I asked why it had taken so long to come to that conclusion and why it was listed for sale in the first place, and was told that they're very busy with large-scale deals and that this deal wasn't a priority for them, and that they wouldn't give me a timeline for when my offer (at their asking price) would be finished being "reviewed". So just FYI: Unless you're a million-dollar buyer, prepare to be jerked around and blatantly treated like your business doesn't matter to TriCor, because it doesn't.

I brought to their attention that I had a concern with one of their General Contractors that is building a retail store. The concern I had was that the selected GC told us on many occasions that we were low and even looked in their estimating system to confirm that we were the used number for the Divison 5 trade. The estimator then called in the Project Manager and put me on speaker phone when the PM stated that we were actually 3rd and not 1st with our price. This is a sign of price shopping and even though it is not illegal, it is frowned upon in the construction industry. How is it that the estimator that handed off the project to the project manager has different quotes unless the Project Manager went out and used our number to give to his preferred sub.
