I am very unhappy with how I have been treated in this apartment. I signed a one year lease. I got this apartment with my wife at the time who is also on the lease. I wanted to get an early lease termination due to her being uncooperative. I spoke to my ex-wife to sign them but she refused even though she doesn't live there and has never paid rent. I have paid 6 months rent already including December's rent. My wife has not paid a single month's rent. Jessica the leasing manager refused to help me. I tried to have a sit-down meeting with the owners. They intentionally made to look themselves as unavailable. They have been so uncooperative with me and refuse to work with me. My wife placed a privacy lock when I tried to get the rest of my things in the apartment. The apartment manager, when
The building is absolutely stunning! The exposed brick, high ceilings, and open floor plans give you that true big-city loft feel — we loved our apartment and especially watching the sunrise from our windows. The only reason we left was due to a job transfer, otherwise we would have stayed much longer. What truly makes this property special is Jessica, the Community Manager. She made our experience at Trico one of the best we’ve ever had. It was genuinely hard to leave knowing we wouldn’t get to work with her any longer. Like any new construction, there were a few minor hiccups — a power outage here and there, the occasional Wi-Fi issue, or fire alarm — but those were expected and always handled quickly. The one thing you could always count on was seeing Jessica’s face any time something
We've been living here since the summer, and the biggest issue has been the constant noise in our unit from the gym located directly above. We can hear weights dropping and equipment being dragged at all hours. Other neighbors have told us they can hear the treadmills through the roof. Even saying the impact makes the pain on their roof chip sometimes. It’s made day-to-day living incredibly frustrating for many of us. I first raised this issue about two months ago. The management team took nearly a month to take any action. And while they eventually put up signs asking residents "to be mindful," they have not been willing to be specific that there are multiple apartments below and surrounding the gym, and that due to construction and design faults, the slightest noise sounds like a bomb
Trico was an exceptional place to call home! The apartments are high-quality, the amenities are fantastic, and indoor parking is a great perk. Most importantly, the management team is outstanding. When we first moved in, we encountered minor parking issues, and Jessica went above and beyond to ensure we weren’t inconvenienced. Later, when we had to relocate, Lauren and Jessica were incredibly helpful in making the move-out process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend Trico and considering it a place to call home.
We truly loved living at the Trico building. Our unit was full of natural light and quickly felt like home. What really made the experience special, though, were the people. Jessica, the property manager, was fantastic—we genuinely became friends. Same with Lauren and Theo—some of the kindest, most genuine people you could hope to meet. The building itself is beautiful, and the amenity spaces are top notch, but it was the sense of community that made it hard to leave.
