Tribute Companies

I will never rent or advise anyone to rent from Tribute Properties. When I move over here, my first 15 months was great best experience, my upstairs neighbor was excellent never had to complain about noise or anything from her. But back in Feb of this year we moved to a 3 bedroom apartment and it has been a nightmare ever since. We have been complaining to the office and Tribute Corporate since 3days after moving in. The neighbor below us has no respect for the lease rules. I am writing this at 11:56pm because the noise from their Tv and video games are so loud I can’t sleep and I have prescribed sleeping medication from my MD that should put me to sleep very easily. Absolutely disgusted! We live just steps away from the garbage collection area at Antiqua in Wilmington, a Tribute Property. The area is constantly overflowing with garbage, smells horrible, and attracts not only bugs, but coyotes and other animals. My kids can't go outside after dark for fear of the animals. We have tried to contact Tribute... they never return calls. But have no problem charging $1769 a month for a tiny 2 bedroom! Don't rent from them!!!!

I have enjoyed living at Willow Glen for 2 years except for 1 huge issue. When I was looking for a place to live a pool was the selling point for me, especially in the hot weather. The pool here is great except it stays closed most of the time. Having to pay to go somewhere else is ridiculous when a pool is a featured amenity. If you can't keep the pool working then build another one on the property. Also why is everyone paying full rent when they can't use one of the bigger amenities? This is why I am looking for somewhere else to live

Mabye someone will answer this post corp don't answer phone or email could not talk to property manager don't think she even is a real employee front office take your complant and it must go in file 13 or space because u ask about it and they act like they don't know what you are talking about have ask to speak with management told will contact must not have phone.Bjt they do have my adress. I have filed so many complaints about the all hrs of the day and night loud tvs yelling singing slamming doors so hard it shakes the hole building.But some how with ti.e stamp video still the shit still happens it is 11:50pm right now tv so load down stairs can tell u what program he is watching but want do and good to record again he has a different set of rules for his apart my rules are different I

Corporate will ignore you, I have been reaching out and there is no one answering phones or emails. DO NOT RENT THROUGH TRIBUTE. The entire time I have been here has been abysmal and the leasing office is not only incompetent but also incredibly rude. They will regularly lie and I have proof of this. EDIT: I do not use my full real name on google which is why you cannot find me. No one answers the number provided in the reply. I have tried, there’s no human answering any of the phones.
