Tribeca STL Apartments

10/10 place to live! The prices including the awesome amenities beats any other apartments in the St. Louis area. Ginny on the leasing team helped take care of all the needs I was looking for in an apartment. She’s the best! Tribeca is super close to Forrest Park. Great for people with pets. Tribeca is under new management and Chris is doing a great job tackling all the obstacles left over from the previous management team.

I would NOT recommend moving here. From the day I moved in until I left there were issues. The place often reeks of dog piss or poop in the hallways, and elevators. The elevators often don’t work. The package room is a joke. Be prepared to spend no less than 30 mins in the room searching for your package anytime you get a delivery bc there is no system. Literally just packages thrown around in a room. The walls are super thin, so you hear all of your neighbors and anyone walking by. Small bugs in your apartment at random that no one could figure out why. Mind you every time pest control came out they gave a random reason and could never really explain where or why they kept popping up. The list goes on and on. If you have another option, choose it. Don’t be fooled by the outside it’s not

I’ll give an honest review: moving in was great, easy, and simple. Tyler (the property manager before the current one) made me feel at home… but when I got into the unit I realized why the pricing was “lower” than surrounding “smart living/luxury apartments”… because the place is cheaply made. The bathroom vent hung from the ceiling (never fixed), the door handle on the shower came off the first night living there, the microwave covering literally fell off, ladybugs came through the screen in my living room all summer long (nothing was done about this), I could hear my neighbors so clearly, the building shook, and you can hear the metro link (train) as if it’s right bedside you every 15 to 30 minutes. These things I began to get used to, but this isn’t even the worst part honestly because

Been here for 3 years and have really enjoyed it. The new property manager Chris has really been working hard at improving the property and getting the community more opportunities to meet and get to know each other. Maintenance request are handled quickly and efficiently

The place is dirty especially next to chutes. People living there don’t care if the trash goes down the chute or on the floor. Staff is not cleaning the place for days. People are noisy. There is a grill bar next to the building where people gather outside and speak loud and make noise till late at night. The manager is not friendly and is giving me almost 200 dollars penalty saying that I didn’t renew my lease on time although I haven’t received the lease paperwork. I have been living there for 3 years and never been late on my rent. The place smells bad. When I moved there 3 years ago the place was clean. But things went down gradually. The only positive thing is the inside garage although it’s expensive 125 dollars a month.
