Tribeca Pointe

We’ve had a great experience living at Tribeca Pointe! The building is well-maintained, clean, and feels very secure. The staff and management are not only professional and responsive, but genuinely kind and welcoming. The location is also unbeatable, right by the river with beautiful views, quiet surroundings, and easy access to transportation, shopping, and dining! I highly recommend Tribeca Pointe to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and well-run place to live.

I have been living in Tribeca Pointe for a few months and truly recommend this building. Our unit was recently renovated and the finishes and appliances are great. The location is un parallel: next to the Hudson River Park, 10 minute walk to the heart of Tribeca, and feels very safe and tranquil. The doormen, porters, handymen and management are all nice and responsive. And of course, the views are hard to beat!

Moving to Battery Park from SoHo I was skeptical, but Tribeca Pointe feels like home. The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming. The doormen are friendly and warm. I love calling this my new home. The view and amenities are great

I have been at 41 River Terrace for 24 years and it is a great place to live. The building has beautiful views of the Hudson River and Rockefeller Park. It is quiet and well maintained, the staff and management are all excellent. It is close to all major subway lines.

There are great water views in the daytime and lights at night. The surrounding environment, beautiful parks, rooftop common spaces and movie theater give privacy and comfort. I have been here for more than twenty years and love living here.
