Triangle Towers

My partner and I moved in about a month ago despite seeing the reviews about the garage. Honestly I don’t know what all the fuss was about. They gave us a parking pass that works in any public parking garage in the county for the duration… so now when I go grocery shopping my parking is also paid for. Seems a more than worthy trade off for walking a block back to the lobby, and if you have groceries you can pull up and unload before parking so you don’t have to walk the block with all your bags. The public garages are super close and the area is very walkable and safe. There’s a farmers market 2 blocks away every Sunday, the pool is amazing, the building is very clean and full of wonderful people. The community in the area is so wonderful. I am extremely disappointed with how this property treated my disabled friend. They were fully aware that my friend has a valid handicap placard and is a quadriplegic, yet staff rushed them to move their vehicle while they were conducting business. Given their severe mobility limitations, this was not only inconsiderate but deeply insensitive. The lack of compassion and professionalism from management was unacceptable. Customer service here is seriously lacking, especially toward individuals with disabilities. In addition, the overall living conditions are concerning. The air conditioning, water, and lighting do not meet what I would consider healthy or comfortable standards. If you value respectful treatment and proper accommodations, I would strongly reconsider choosing this property.

My wife and I have been living here for a few years now, and I absolutely love the place. The management is very responsive, issues are resolved in a timely fashion. The maintenance team is awesome. A special shout out to Teresa, who has helped us more times than I can count, whenever we've had any issues - dishwasher, heating unit, you name it. The front desk staff (shout out to Sean!) are incredible! Extremely responsive and very, very nice people. I couldn't imagine living in the building without their help with mail, the garage, and literally all other administrative things. The property managers themselves are equally great! I've been living here since 2018 and love it! The units are huge, especially compared to newer buildings in the neighborhood. It's also a very quiet building - I rarely hear any noise from other units or the bars on the street. Ever since Jenna and Elliot took over, the improvements just keep coming and it is clear that they are putting a lot of time and thought into how to spruce things up. Maintenance is really fast and communicative - Teresa is the best! All of the staff in the office and at the front desk are really helpful as well.

I have been living here at the triangle towers for three years, and I truly love nothing more than being a resident here. The management is so attentive and understanding and I have never found anything like it anywhere else that I have lived. They all treat you like family, and the maintenance team is especially good too, quick to act on any problems that you have. Jenna and Elliott you guys really are the best!
