Horrible company to deal with. If you own property and hire this management company they are the worst. They are supposed to inspect your property and make sure that the tenants are not destroying the property and they don't. They just keep taking the money and not caring about the property at all. It cost me $30,000 to repair all the damages from a tenant that skipped out on the rent. This management company does not manage properties effectively. Landlords run far away from this company.

I have rented a place from TIR for about a year and I am very happy with TIR for the following reason. I have heard of other realty companies keeping the entire deposit at the end of the contract, due to charges which were often priced very high (higher than reasonable). TIR did not treat me this way. I got back my deposit minus some very reasonable charges. I did not like much the way their maintenance guy worked, but I am so happy about the deposit that I am still going to give TIR 5 stars!
