I wish I had taken all the existing bad Google reviews of this company seriously (and I can't believe I'm saying that) before I got involved with this group. They don't know their basic responsibilities as 'property managers' and they don't seem to care. They act as agents for negligent landlords who know even less than they do and who do not take their ethical obligations as providers of rental housing seriously. They rent unsafe properties (ours had a hazardous gas leak due to dangerous and non-code compliant fuel line work, among other problems) and hope that you'll help them deal with the issues as they arise. Thankfully we got out. I don't know how these people sleep at night.

Showed up 1.5 hours late to a showing and gave some lady (not the realtor) the door code. They opened a running dishwasher and split up walking around the house. When my wife asked for his card, the guy gave my wife an attitude. Totally ethical and unprofessional. Do not do business with these people.

Told them multiple times their property 1010 Oregon was infested with bugs and rats. Not only did they show the property in that condition they have done nothing to remedy it. The city can’t gain access to the property to treat the yard that is absolutely horrendous w trash and debris. Please stop renting from them maybe then they will actually take care of their properties and screen tenants before putting them in a property. Updating to the owners response- no multiple neighbors have emailed, called and told you both in person about the rats and nothing has been done. The yard is still full of trash and junk and you just put new tenants in. Please don’t rent from this group. They own multiple homes all over Philly (I’m talking a stack of papers with lists of homes and properties). None of which they take care of even the slightest. Covered in mold, unresolved plumbing issues, security issues. They are quick to take your money and leave you unanswered about your concerns. They expect you to pay for issues that go wrong on the property. They don’t keep your personal information safe. The list goes on. Save yourself the headache and the financial scam & just go elsewhere.

First off, we pay our rent on time every month. Pur hot water stopped working. We called the landlord and was told that we are responsible to fix the hot water system. We had to argue with these ppl to get them to come out here. The heater needed to be replaced and after they replaced it they wanted to raise our rent. We had to fight with them for it not to be raised. Our washer stopped working. They said we were responsible to fix it. We got a repair guy who said there's something wrong with the water line. We called them and they did not respond to our calls or texts. Shortly after, our basement started flooding like crazy. They did not respond to any of our calls or texts. Just a bad experience. They had improved over the years so I added 2 stars up from 1.
