Just read a post on KATV about tenants water being shut off in September of this year (2022) with no plans of it being turned back on.. That's not good.. Apparently the utilities are included in rent, which tells me the management isn't paying bills with the money they're collecting from the people who live here.

This place is dangerous! They have no security. A friend had her door kicked in by a stranger months ago. Management has still not completely fixed it. They hassle you if you report simple needed repairs(backed up sink, dishwasher, etc.). If you can find anywhere else in Little Rock to live, I suggest you go there.

Me and my family lived there for 10 years we didn't have roaches or mold or anything til we moved from 1 bedroom 153 to 171 then boom mold roaches it flooded my son's room turned in to mold it flooded so bad under the floors mold coming through the walls so I got my family out to a better place friendly landlord she's the best here I would not recommend there ain't no way the roaches or mold is gone

This place is dangerous, according to police records, from november 2016 to september 2017, there was 369 police dispatches to this place. They jack tenants deposits, minus 24 is my rating.

Office Staff never answer the Phone, EVER!!! Never Have office open they are always finding anything to do but be in office, Very unprofessional would not recommend anybody to live in this unsafe and unprofessional community! I cant believe anybody would hire these people in the Office what a joke.
