Treybrooke Apartments

Treybrooke is an amazing place to live! It’s right across the street from the hospital, which makes the work commute quick and easy. It’s super quiet and the open grassy areas surrounding each building make it easy to forget you’re living in the heart of Greenville and the hustle and bustle of the city fades away. The office staff are very helpful and the maintenance crew are quick to respond to any request and ensure that you’re happy and comfortable in your home. The amenities are outstanding. There are two pools on the property and the grilling station at the clubhouse is perfect for grilling out with friends on a nice summer evening. Plus, there are multiple pickleball courts as well as a beach volleyball court, giving everyone plenty of options to stay active outside. I couldn’t ask

I lived here for just over a year and what an experience! First the pros. As others have said, the layout of the apartments are very nice and the complex is very well maintained (landscaping, cleanliness of building exterior, amenities, etc.). Maintenance staff are quick to respond to requests and are very helpful in everything you need. The office staff is friendly enough, quick to respond to questions and provide explanations when needed. The gym is on the smaller side, but is always clean and plenty of equipment. While I rarely went, the pools are also very nice. Now the cons…while the buildings are well maintained, they are old. I never opened my windows just because it wasn’t worth the hassle. Also, my biggest concern, so many roaches! I feel like I have an arsenal of pest control mat

Lived there for two years. At the most upgraded unit. It was one of the better apartment complexes in Greenville. It is more expensive than most, especially if you are living on your own. It is a relatively safe complex, but when you step outside of it, it's ehhh The biggest issues I had were with thin walls and roaches GALORE. No matter how many traps or treatments we put out, the roaches always came back worse. I think they just live in the appliances. It got to the point where we stopped cooking as much because they took over the kitchen. A pro was that the maintenance staff was fast at fixing issues when you put in a request.

Moved in with only several hours notice, and so far very helpful office staff responsive maintenance. A quiet, lower traffic community that feels safe, despite its proximity to the city, school, and hospital. Highly recommended! Appliances could stand to be updated but everything was clean and in good working order.

We worked with Parker, Grace, Ashlynn and Katelyn (the leasing manager). They were very patient and helpful with our questions, taking us to tour the property, the models and several vacant apartments. Katelyn guided us through the application and all the many options for timing and location. She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our selection. She is extremely professional and kind. Great front office management.
