I've been living here for a year, and I absolutely love it! The community is friendly, and the amenities like the pool, gym, and clubhouse are well-maintained. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the staff is always helpful and courteous. Liliana and Vanessa from the office are amazing, they are ready and willing to help with a smile in their face. Highly recommend!

Awesome Apartment complex in Fort Lauderdale. Very well kept and management takes care of any issues very quickly. Ernesto is super helpful in talking care of maintenance issues. Garage is kept very clean, well lit and hallways are wide and very well lighted. Apartment units are very attractively designed. Highly recommend this place!

I absolutely love living at Treo Apartments! The community is beautiful, clean, and very well-maintained. The vibe here is so warm and welcoming everyone is friendly, and the neighbors make it feel like a true community. The pool area is honestly one of my favorite parts. It feels like a resort with crystal-clear water, plenty of comfortable seating, and the perfect atmosphere for relaxing or hanging out with friends. The dog wash station is also a huge plus! It’s super convenient and makes keeping my pup clean so much easier than doing it at home.The staff here are the best always friendly, always professional, and they greet you whenever you see them. It really makes the whole place feel even more inviting. Overall, Treo Apartments has exceeded my expectations in every way. Highly recom

Treo Apartments truly goes above and beyond to make residents feel at home. The complimentary coffee is such a nice everyday perk, and the maintenance team works incredibly hard always quick, efficient, and friendly whenever you need them. The office staff is just as thoughtful, giving out the sweetest little gifts for holidays and hosting fun community events that really bring everyone together. The gym is always open and easily accessible, which makes staying active so convenient. On top of that, the entire property is beautifully maintained and impressively clean, making Treo feel like a place you’re proud to come home to.

First I want to first say Vanessa is the only one who actually helps and is welcoming, everybody else is fake friendly and does not care about anything. Second my car is registered to the apartment still was proceed to get booted, on top of that if you have guest over and they don’t have a parking pass they will get booted and pay $80 dollars automatically no warnings. I made many complaints and reported about my neighbors blasting music and being loud from 3-4am nobody ever cared or proceed to investigate the situation they kept telling me to just call the cops. Overall the apartments are actually beautiful but disappointed in management and how things are handled here.
