Trenton Mill Lofts

I’ve had a great experience here. The apartment complex management is amazing, always professional, responsive, and very helpful when it comes to repairs and any concerns. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently. The building is always clean, and it’s a very quiet place, especially considering it’s right in the middle of Gastonia. It really makes a difference knowing management truly cares about the residents. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a well-managed and comfortable community.

It’s hard pressed to find a good review on a apartment complex, but I’ll do my best to write one. I really enjoyed living at Trenton Mill Lofts, all places have their flaws, but the management and maintenance were quick to respond to any concerns or repairs. The complex and grounds were normally in good shape, the amenities (residence gym and lounge) were kept clean. If there was any complaint, I would have is the walls were thin, you could hear from time to time the neighbors if they had the TV too loud or loud talking. It would come and go depending on if there were new neighbors. But I enjoyed my time at Trenton Mills, Downtown Gastonia will be a new hot spot for people looking for places to live outside of Charlotte that’s close to being affordable.

Trenton Mill is a great place. The historic charm, large windows, and original hard wood floors make for a unique living experience. Walkability to Durty Bull, the baseball field, and soon to open Water Bean coffee shop are certainly perks. There are also new updates and upgrades underway at the property that will add leisure and function to what Trenton Mill Lofts has to offer.

Residing in this loft has been an artistic dream realized. The seamless blend of historic charm and modern elegance in this landmark-turned-loft creates an inspiring backdrop for creativity. As someone new to this state who has always dreamed of loft living, this space has exceeded all my hopes and aspirations. The location is ideal, nestled in downtown Gastonia with vibrant restaurants, the post office, the police department, and the courthouse nearby. This central spot enriches both daily life and my creative pursuits, providing convenience and a sense of community. The new management, led by Melanie, has been extraordinary. Nice living space with high ceilings. The amenities are nice. They include workout area grills fire pit and an pizza brick oven all on the outside. I'm sure there is more to add we were visiting family/friend so check them out if you're looking for a place to call home.
