Trenridge Gardens

I was quite happy to find our new apartment Home with the help of Jamie Catt the new property manager. She really does care and helped us along the way to ensure everything fell into place. We have been here for a month and we love our Home. I saw Jamie helping a new resident move some of their stuff in a week ago and so she really does care about the residents and property!

Obviously I scheduled a tour three days ago, I'm not sure why these guys cancelled my tour just 2 hours before my schedule time. Even though I didn't look at the house, my first impression of them was very bad. And they don't reply to my emails yet

I want to say I have enjoyed living at Trenridge for the last year, and just signed on for another year lease. Amy is amazing and friendly in the leasing office! The maintenance guy is always prompt and gets the job done well. This complex is a great value for the price I pay. While I do wish we had a gym or pool, especially during times like these, it doesn’t deter me away from staying here. My only suggestion is that I wish my neighbors in the other buildings were more neat and clean, some of them are very messy and don’t take care of their place.

I have lived here for a little over a year and a half, since I got married, and my wife even longer. Amy is one of the best property managers I’ve met, and Trenridge really works hard to maintain the grounds and buildings to provide a comfortable living environment for everyone here. Rent is reasonable, even with two pets. I would recommend this complex. 4 stars because every once in a while, the required Internet/TV service (which is actually really well priced) goes down for a little bit.

Moving in super easy and efficient and I’m loving my new apartment. The property manager Jaime Catt went the extra mile making me feel welcome and making sure everything was on time and detailed. Neighbors are friendly and neighborhood is quiet. Rent is fair and I’m looking forward to living here. Would highly recommend.
