Laura and Nick were great to work with. They were both very knowledgeable, patient, and responsive. Even after moving in they are both accessible and able to help me with every question I have. The quality of the home I bought is astounding and I'm constantly noticing extra little details that I haven't seen in other homes. After getting my first utility bill I was pleasantly surprised by how much lower it was than I was expecting. The energy efficient systems built into the Trendmaker homes are very impressive. I'm very pleased with the entire process, as well as the end result, and would recommend Trendmaker to anybody.

Our expectations were quit high and Dunhill delivered in every aspect. Customer service, response time, and overall structural satisfaction of our home. Laura McClain was so there for us!!!There are few words to describe her out pouring devotion to making sure we were happy and in the right space during our entire home buying experience. She did not try to sell us a house. She let the house speak for itself and to us. She just made sure we were as stress-free as possible and advised us based on her experience and knowledge. We would highly recommend Dunhill homes. You will be happy and pleased with your decision. Home buying now days can be stressful and shaky at times and buying a quality home shouldn’t be a negotiation or something you should waiver on for cost.

My wife and I started our home buying process in July 2017. We walked in to Villages of Carmel and we were greeted by Laura McClain. She was so welcoming and very knowledgeable answered all of our questions. We toured the model home and then toured a few others. We walked in and new it right away, this would be our forever home. We put down our earnest money and soon enough the building began. We moved in January 2018. Our house was perfect! The closing process went smoothly we got our keys and began to move in next day! The community is beautiful close to schools, shopping and the lakes. It's in the heart of Denton but also tucked away enough to have peace and quite. I really don’t know where to start because buying this Dunhill home was the best move I could have made for my family . My wife and I met Laura McClain at The Villages of Carmel after looking at multiple home builders and she is the ABSOLUTE BEST . This was the best experience ever and Laura was always there to answer any questions, come in on her day off , and just go above and beyond our expectations . Our experience with Dunhill so far hasn't been pleasant. First of all the only person you can get in contact with is Ingrid. There's no way to reach someone higher. When we first saw the model we were blown away. My fiancé & I were trying to decide between Dunhill & another builder. The sales person then told us that he could give us the media room for free & that the lots weren't premium. That helped us make Dunhill our final choice. Upon going back the following week everything changed. The lot went from being free to 5k. The media room went from being free to 13k. If we had known all of this we wouldve went with the other builder. The lot from the other builder was sold in the process so we went ahead with Dunhill although I told my fiancé that was a mistake because the customer service
