Tremont Station

My water has been cut off multiple times because Toll Brothers hasn’t paid the water bill. Do not buy property from toll brothers if they “claim” they will pay the water bill. **Update** 2 days later, the water has been turned on to the other buildings but still no water at my building which is connected to the leasing office. Was told it would be turned on by 4:45pm yesterday and it was not. Do not move to any property managed by Toll brothers unless you do not need water.

Currently renting a house in Tremont Station. Our house's water was cut off three days ago because of an issue with the Home Owner's Association and Charlotte Water. Supposably, the HOA did not pay the water bill. However, I cannot confirm whether this is true or not, because we cannot get any one to tell us what the issue is or when it will be resolved. The lack of urgency to turn our water back on is mind boggling. We have reached out to our rental company, the HOA, Toll Brothers, and Charlotte Water, and no one seems to be interested in helping us. We have been having to leave our house to use the restroom, calling friends to use their showers, and going to the grocery store to buy gallons of water to drink. This is completely unacceptable, and I cannot believe that management does not

Honestly over priced housing and the property management blows. They tow cars without notice.
