You will be overcharged per your lease agreement just to have no access to your patio or pool during the summer (aka you can’t even use the pool at all because it’s only open in the summer) utilities go out despite being up to date on payment, lol that they even act like you can use the fitness center when ever since they started using personal codes none of the ones I was provided work. Your in unit appliances won’t work, it’s terrible but that god the units look good from the outside! The property manager thinks this is her own house and will feel free to unlock and enter your apartment without even putting the right date or a time frame for work you didn’t even ask for. Don’t even try submitting a maintenance request for something you pay to utilize monthly, this lady will never assign

EDIT: How about you let your residents just live their lives instead of leaving multiple notices on the doors weekly telling us to bend over backwards for you? The positive reviews make me laugh as those people work in office or are otherwise related to their families. The five stars from like 4+ years ago I believe as this was when this was a lovely place to live. But, this is the worst property manager/office team I’ve had in my life, and they have made it clear they’re here to stay. Every maintenance request is closed without them even checking in with you for years now. As a tenant of more than 10 years in University Place, Washington, your landlord cannot charge you for replacing old blinds or worn-out carpet, as this falls under "normal wear and tear". You also have the right to request updates and maintenance on your apartment, which can be part of your negotiation for a new lease.

I viewed these apartments recently and I thought it was a very nice community. As a walk in, Taylor the leaser was very welcoming and informative and willing to help me look for relocation. She showed me a nice, updated unit. Would recommend. The location just wasn’t optimal for my commute to work.

The property had amazing amenities, and we really appreciated how clearly everything was explained—every question we had was answered thoroughly. It made the whole experience smooth and reassuring!
