Treetop Apartments

I really hope they have a new manager. The light skinned office manger ( I believe her name was Brittany but not certain) was so nasty and doing a lot of back handed things. She would deny peoples applications and make up lies as to why. When I reported her to hud she called my phone trying to check me about it. Very rude, unprofessional and nasty. I just refused to even pursue them again.

Here's my honest opinion concerning these apartments: I like these apartments in a way: I like how they are pleasant and quiet for the most part and there seems to be no high crime out here or any crime that I'm aware of. Most neighbors are nice and tolerable. I think it's a safe and peaceful place to live. I'm not gonna say the bad without mentioning the good first. Also, our new manager and asst. manager seem to be really nice and maintenance for the most part especially Mr. Love he's great. We've had some very nasty, mean and unpleasant management in that office in the past so, it's refreshing to have better people. However, these apartments could use upgrading of very old appliances, carpet and other fixtures within the apartment. I for one needs new carpet or to have it removed. I kno

I came to put in an application this morning and they had the doors LOCKED. I knocked on the door this morning and no one ever opened the door for me. I called no one answered. They have all kinds of papers on the outside of the leasing office on what you can and cannot do. And what you can and cannot wear. Just from talking to one of the residents in the apartments they are rude and don't know how to talk to people. I would not recommend anyone staying there.

The lady answering the phone was so disrespectful and rude! Ridiculously unprofessional. I’m sure she is losing business for the company. No doubt about it. Horrible.

WOW wow wow I haven't moved in yet been Turned My Paperwork in March This Year 4 years I've been on the waiting list One Bedroom been keeping in close close contact with Michelle every every year just found out couple days ago they disregarded My application why? When I never said I was no longer interested just turned in my paper The office nailed To me March of last year asking if I was still interested i did not Mail it back I had Delivered because it said Mail back I figured something like this would happen that's why I brought it in people please please keep a Paper Trail get copies name's of the person you spoke with I'm Now filing a Discrimination Claim in Atlanta This was 4 years march to just past and now they've gotten rid of MY application I've also contacted the property manage
