***FINAL UPDATE*** Treeline Ansley just bought Gables Midtown a week after I moved here. Basically, I had some things that needed to be addressed. I must say that they have the nicest manager, maintenance supervisor, and staff, who listened to my concerns, AND addressed them. They fixed underneath my sink in January, and the issue with my dryer is now resolved. I’m very satisfied. 1st Update: In all fairness… I have to edit this review and allow them time to fix my issues. I went down to the leasing office this morning, and the manager was so amazing, as is all the staff, especially Juan who I’ve had the most contact with. He explained what was going on with the dryers and that they’re bringing someone in professionally in January to fix it. I sincerely feel like they are trying their be

What a wonderful staff at Treeline Ansley! The new management team is absolutely incredible. Jason and Shyra are exceptionally pleasant and helpful with ANYTHING that I need in regards to my apartment and its amenities. I lost my key fob and Juan, our amazing leasing agent, immediately rectified the situation. I've never had a maintenance team work as fast and efficient as Derrick and Mr. Al. The grounds are always well kept and the property is just beautiful and to top it off I have the most incredible view of downtown ATL at night. It's a vibe for sure!

My A/C stopped working in December and we’re almost in March and still not fixed. After two months of calling and going to the leasing office, they gave me a portable unit to cool a 1,250 sq feet apartment. And yes, it’s winter but it has been also pretty warm this year and it’s been more than two months. I’ve reported this more than 15 times without any luck, they always tell me it’s fixed which clearly isn’t. Could somebody be so kind and do a follow-up to make sure it’s working after “””maintenance works”””? They don’t even tell me what’s wrong with it, nor how long is it gonna take. I’m honestly tired of the run around. I’ve been very patient all this time, but I’m over it. this building used to be really nice, but in the last few years it has become dirty and felt unsafe. my unit had a bug infestation and the management did not take action to help me with the situation. there have been multiple instances where neighbors have reported other residents with guns in the parking garage. many of the residents do not clean up after their pets which lead to dog waste on the stairs and other common areas in the apartment building. last but not least the elevators do not work, which is a major issue if you live on the eighth floor.

I moved in in February and the leasing office staff was friendly accommodating and did a great job showing the property. My unit was clean and great upon move and and I haven’t had any issues o we the last 8 months. I’d recommend Gables Midtown based on location, and value for the price.
