Decent units at a decent price, nothing extraordinary by any means. When I moved in 1.5 years ago, there were several lounge chairs and regular chairs by the pool. Now as shown in the pictures, there are a total of 2 lounge chairs and 1 regular chair for the entire complex of a few hundred people. This is quite contrary to the immaculate pictures of the pool area shown on the website. And they won't even dispose of the numerous broken chairs, they just stack them inside the pool area. I previously submitted a maintenance request because of this, and it was promptly closed out and marked "completed" without the issue being addressed/no work being done and no communication from the office. I've been here for 4 months so its about time for a review. The Treehouse is well worth the money. Savanna is AMAZING! The amenities here are great, fitness center, hot tub/pool and communtiy center. It's gated so very safe. This place is free of cockraoches, which seems to be an issue with other apartment complexes I looked at. Maintenance is quick to fix issues and keep the place clean. The only thing I would say is when you move in you'll be given the option to use COX, as the boxes are in the aparments. DO NOT GET COX! Im seriously baffled by how slow and useless this internet company is. Anyway, I digress. This is a great place and I strongly recommend it!

The gate has been broken for a month leading to it constantly being left open (even at night), a vehicle was stolen, and the pool is consistently closed or in need of service. The gate, which was the key selling point for this property given the area should never have been broken for so long (1 month so far). In the time since it was broken, a motorcycle has been stolen and multiple shopping carts have been left around the property. (Update: Gate was repaired on 9/30/21 but has been broken AGAIN since 10/10/2021.) Pool was GREEN for about a week, and is either intermittently closed or just disgusting otherwise. As of 10/12/2021 the hot tub has bugs and leaves in it, and the hot water/ bubble jets do not work. It has been this way for weeks. Fire alarms go off frequently and at one point

Clean, safe, and well maintained apartment complex. Savanna is helpful and friendly. My only complaint is that there is constant leaf blowing early in the morning. It’s Arizona- there are no leaves! We don’t need to be leaf blowing two days in a row at 8 am!!
