Late Update: The bug guy was given permission to enter my apartment without my knowledge. It was startling when I didn't make it to the door fast enough and someone trying to open my door. (He was very polite and professional)- I should have been notified he was coming. He was asked to come out earlier TODAY to treat the apartment. A phone call letting me know is not that hard. As a woman, this is scary. You don't know WHO or WHEN someone is going to try and open the door. I would think it is common sense letting a single woman know that a grown man is coming into her apartment on short notice... If I could give this complex 0 stars I would. Starting out with the RUDEST manager lady (Jessica) she is absolutely awful to deal with…she acts like she is the owner of the complex and takes everything soooooo personal. Safety issues are not her concern and if you threaten with a lawyer or housing authority she looses her mind and cusses you out. Next is the roaches…they are awful and flood out of every whole they can in the apartment. The trash is disgusting and they just let it pile up everywhere…valet doesn’t pick up trash daily (which you are paying for) and people just let their trash build up by their front doors causing more roaches, rodents and raccoons. If you are considering moving here, please read this first: Hostile & Discriminatory Environment: The managers—specifically Jessie—are incredibly aggressive. When I tried to work out my November balance, I was screamed at and kicked out of the office. Katherine provided great resources to help me cover my rent, but Jessie undermined those efforts by immediately up-charging my balance and refusing to work with me.Jessie will try to paint tenants as "aggressors" for simply being frustrated by her poor service. On another note, I have also personally overheard maintenance staff using their work hours to gossip and speak rudely

I just moved in about a month ago and so far have had a good experience with Doris, Jessie and the maintenance guys. I had a few small issues in my apartment at the beginning that got fixed in a timely manner as they are very on top of everything!

All the 5 star reviews are fake and see how each one is mentioning an employee to make them look better than they are. This complex was truly a nightmare. All the negative reviews are accurate. They DO NOT fix anything. My pipes broke and it took them 4+ months to get maintenance over and they just barge in without notifying us. The employees here are rude, dismissive, and overall unpleasant to talk to. When I had lived here, Michelle (the manager) was always in a bad mood and had the most uneasy and unpleasant attitude to her. Very dismissive with concerns on security, the mailboxes being broken into, and overall any questions you may have concerning the rents + fees like valet trash.
