Rachel, the seller agent, worked seamlessly with our buyer agent and made the process smooth and professional from beginning to end. Tree Hill Homes truly stands out for their transparency and commitment to quality. One of the things that impressed us most was how clearly they advertise the materials and methods used in their builds. It’s rare to find a builder so open about their process and so confident in their product—and with good reason. The build quality is outstanding, just as we had read in the many positive reviews beforehand. In a time when many builders cut corners to save costs, Tree Hill Homes takes the opposite approach.

Moving from another state was no easy task, finding the perfect home was even more challenging. Happily we were able to obtain the Home of our dreams at Thunder Ridge, a Tree Hill development nestled in beautiful estates and farm land outside city limits. Looking for our forever home, quality and craftsmanship was at the top of our list. Tree Hill did not disappoint from beginning to end. We couldn’t be happier to be a part of this beautiful community.

After checking out many different new construction homes we stumbled upon TreeHill Homes. For the price you would think the quality was lacking but that is not the case at all!!! The home is beautiful and build quality is superb! The home far exceeds our expectations.

this review is for Tree Hill Home builder in Maypearl area. if you are looking for a new home and not worried about quality of work, then this is your dream home. Why.... caulking around ALL kitchen cabinets falling out less than a year after close IS NOT a builder issue, according to builder Crack on counter top by stove is also NOT a builder issue, again less than a year after close. Holes in yard by Septic NOT a builder issue less than 1 year after close even though the installer did admit it was not "flooded" properly. To be fair, after some argument, this did get corrected. AC unit failed after 2 months. Did get it replaced. much appreciated. Hot water heater has bad element, 2 days after close.. this was also replaced.
