A Great Agent! Tony sold our Treasure Island condo in January 2026 and he made it very easy. He communicated well and was very responsive. If I reached out to him, he got back to me in minutes! There aren't enough STARS to rate Anthony Russano! It is so stressful to find a Real Estate Agent to sell one of your most precious assets. Do you trust friends or read reviews or both? I did both and it couldn't have worked out any better. Anthony Russano knows his stuff, but is also very personable and a fantastic communicator. Throughout the whole process of selling in a very tough market, I felt completely taken care of both by Tony and his lovely wife Erin. They answered my questions at any hour of the day, recommended trades people when necessary and walked me through the whole process of what would happen during the sale process. Can't͏ say enough good things Tony was an absolutely amazing agent from day 1. He helped us to purchase 2 investment properties. Our first one he did a great job at negotiating the overpriced unit to a more fair market value price. On the 2nd unit, we were nervous we wouldnt be able to get a 2nd one in the building, but Tony saw that it popped up as soon as the listing went active, called us, and we had a verbal offer accepted within the hour. Tony was extremely pro-active, communicated everything very thoroughly and really helped to guide us as new investors in the short term rental market.
