The alarm system goes off frequently and at random hours. I’ve lived here since this place has opened. It’s not a test, it’s broken. Don’t let the management team tell you differently. This is a problem they’re aware of and have yet to fix. i will edit this post each time the alarm goes off and for how long until the problem is fixed. FALSE ALARM RECORD January 13 at 4am - 10 minutes June 11 at 3am - 5 minutes June 13 at 4:30am - 11 minutes June 18 at 12:30am - 10 minutes June 25 at 4am - 5 minutes

Alizae and Kaiya are both wonderful! They both work so hard! And, their work is excellent! I am so thankful for them both! The maintenance team of Charles, Fidel, and Antonio are also great!

The management was so understanding I had a very great experience with her. She was down to earth and very helpful with all my questions. Very patient and understand my situation. I was moving from out of town.

Terrible services. It’s not a safety place. The office is keep asking me for payment what I had paid already. I didn’t see my electric bill on app then I emailed to ask them for it, they said that I don’t have it. Next month, they charged me for double payment and late fees. My vehicle’s window was broken by someone at my parking space. Anyone can park their car on my parking space, when I call office for help, they said that just park my car on another space because anyone can park anywhere. No one lets me park my car on their space of course. Some black peoples yelled at me at parking garage like I was their kid with no reason. I’m a disabled person, I can’t deal with them. I did call police many times and have records of those incidents. Thank you for listening to me.

Moving out after four years; has been a pretty decent place to stay. Management is much better than they were at the start, and a lot of the issues we'd been having are or should be resolved now (including the fire alarm nonsense). Other residents do certainly leave trash just Around, and there's often maintenance issues with doors and stuff - the garage gate is broken and stuck open more often than not, so be sure and don't leave valuables in your car. (I had the battery stolen out of mine in the garage a year or so ago, after the lock on one of my doors failed and I didn't know my car was unlocked.)
