Trappers Cove Apartments

Having moved here, I would highly recommend it to anyone. The people in the area are nice and the staff is fantastic. We have had two maintenance issues, both of which were immediately taken care of by their maintenance team upon calling it in. They are very quick to fixing any issues you may have. Other apartments in the area are less quality and cost more. This place is absolutely perfect!

My partner and I love living here! We moved here in early August. The apartments are very well-kept and the community is beautiful. We usually keep to ourselves, but when we speak to our neighbors, everyone has been very friendly. On the few occasions where we have had maintenance concerns, the maintenance team is incredibly helpful and responsive! The leasing team was great to work with in the touring/paperwork process as well and were very willing to answer any questions we had.

Maintenance guys were very professional. The apartment itself is in great condition and the view from my balcony is amazing. I definitely love living where I can look out my windows, or go out on my balcony and see a lake full of wildlife. I was very lucky to get an apartment with a view of the lake. Any work order I have put in is completed within 48 hours and resolved. The only thing that could be better is the internet speed for the price it is offered at.

They are a complete joke. Told me over the phone that they have a high acceptance rate and got me to pay a $50 application fee and denied me because i have one misdemeanor that is non violent in the first place. Now they just sent me a email saying they accept any animal thats any size😂 yeah probably because noone live here because they deny you for any reason to pocket the application fee😂

I lived in the apartment for a few years. It was alright. Maintenance was always very good and fast with their progress in work orders. There were a couple times my apartment flooded when I first lived there. I was gaslit by the property manager that there was no mold in the apartment, when I kept trying to tell them, so I took pictures and emailed it to them of all the mold around my apartment and then later they stated they never said there was no mold. I was out of my apartment for months. The property manager then gave me the option to move out or clean all the mold myself and told me to use the sprays the maintenance left in the apartment. Luckily I recorded all conversations and they were shocked in that. I did end up just going through the whole apartment and cleaning it down, mind
