From the beginning, we had an attentive contractor who listened well to develop a site plan and floor plan to meet our requirements. The floor plan was revised and the contract was prepared that indicated our full scope of work to avoid any potential changes down the line. The project was sequenced accordingly and proceeded an acceptable pace. I was in constant communication with the project management team and was never surprised. Good luck getting in contact with someone after construction is complete. This builder goes by at least 10 different companies and will change the name to avoid responsibility of maintaining common grounds in a community with total disregard to the safety of children.
