Trans-Mountain Apartments

This was truly the best Appartments I have ever lived in so far, only moved out due to moving out of El Paso would of renewed lease in heart beat! Letty the landlord is highly professional and honest! There is 24 hour maintenance they are always on it and also did not have ANY pest issues clean and quiet surrounding!!! Highly recommend

I just moved in, and the place is lovely. Interior is great. Utilities are included. Grounds are beautiful, especially when roses are in bloom. Tenants/neighbors are amicable, courteous, and quiet. The new manager, Letty, is amiable, kind, knowledgeable, patient, and attentive. I am looking forward to living here. I will update you with photos later. :)

We had a great experience living here. Management was always so nice and easy to deal with. They were always responsive and helpful with any concerns. The maintenance guys always got our work orders done in a timely manner. It was a nice and quiet neighborhood. I would definitely recommend if you’re looking for great living for minimal cost.

Would NOT RECCOMEND! End of May still no a.c..NONE! My rent was paid in full. When inquiring about when air will be turned on the Manager letty is EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. Does not care about the residents health or welfare nor does the management companY. Calls and emails go completely ignored Think twice before you consider making this your home. Slumlords pretty much sums them up

Complete lack of professional regard to tenants and near impossibility at contacting management. There are no signs of preventive maintenance measures; non-functioning electrical recepts, molded and unservicable external air systems, constant damages to gas and water lines, etc. Had an incident occur where my door was damaged while I was in the field, reported it to maintenence upon my return and management tried billing me; claiming it was I that had that had purposely damaged my own door frame. While I was some several hours away for training. In addition I have been using the necessary tenant portal to make reoccurring payments. Due to an unknown technical issue through the portal a single payment didn't go through. The site wouldn't represent that I owed a stipend so I couldn't manua
