This place does not care about their tenants AT ALL. It seems they only care about money and not about the good for the tenants. If your ceiling collapses and your apartment floods, they will do nothing to find you a suitable place to stay while “trying” to render the situation. Instead, they will force you to stay in your current “unlivable” apartment or move you to another unit at a completely different complex. Why would anyone want to move to a completely different part of town or completely different complex when you leased at a specific property for that apartment and the location!! When asked if you can get out of your lease that will end in 3 months and find a more suitable home, they will force you to remain in your current lease until the end of your term despite everything they

Moving out after two years, I truly loved living here and am sad to go!! The units are amazing for the prices they are at, and I loved having a fireplace. The true gem was the people, Emily in the front office is the best, and maintenance was always crazy fast with any work orders. I also loved being able to access the neighboring communities pickleball courts/green spaces. Across the board, the best you can get in this location, and the only reason I am leaving is to move states.

Former tenant. 10 years of renter and property management experience. Absolutely the worst experience I be had to date. The facilities are sub par. The pool was broken for half of my lease, trash is all over the complex even with two dumpsters. We didn’t have working AC for the first two weeks we were there…in august. Speaking of maintenance it takes usually three trips to fix any problem. One to see the problem. Two to fix. And three to fix what they broke. In my time there the stairs to my second floor stayed broken for four months. They also tried to fix our bathroom only to flood the second floor and then they forgot to turn the water back on for an entire weekend. During the snow storm they failed to plow or treat the parking lot so we had to go without power for one week and water

Lived here for 1.5 years. I had a lot of trouble when I first moved in here with getting the things in my apartment In working order. But I have noticed that in the last year all maintinence is taken care of within a reasonable timeframe. The apartments are old but modernized. I have stone countertops, tile accents, modern sink, silver finished fridge and washing machine, beautiful light fixtures. All of the small details end up making a beautiful space. My neighbors are quiet. There are no children here since they layouts aren’t ideal for them. My electicity bill is lower than any other apartment I have ever lived in. The windows are high qaulity and block a significant amount of sound. There are no German roaches and there are hardly any tree roaches. There are a bunch of small detail

Lived here for 3 years. My apartment got *broken into* while I was out of town dealing with a family emergency. All my electronics were stolen along with some irreplaceable family memories. When I came back and asked for security footage, they didn't even try to obtain it, they said the camera probably couldn't see that far. There are some creepy people in the area. One creep kept coming upstairs and peering in my neighbor's front window to spy on her. As soon as I noticed this, I informed her and she moved out immediately. (I was out of town and noticed this happening on a Ring doorbell (remotely) originally - I had no way to contact my neighbor and asked the office to contact her, and THEY DID NOT, she didn't find out until I got back and told her). There were maintenance issues that to
